Install and run the included GPSInfo.exe utility and enter the same COM port to test the device. 8. If GPSInfo shows no data, unplug the receiver, wait 10 seconds, reinsert it and retry the GPSInfo test. 9. Close any other program using the COM port before starting your mapping or navigation software. 10.
